SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Quanah

The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.

This place is in poor condition. The morning staff seemed great but that was it. If I wouldn?t have paid upfront I would not have stayed at this hotel.

The staff was so friendly! The vending machine wasn't working so the lady working the front gave me a couple bottles of water. It's a clean and welcoming place. The room was great.

Everything was awesome

After showers, the room was uncomfortably humid, even the carpet felt damp. This made sleeping at night difficult. The shower grout was dirty, the tub had rust and the ceiling was poorly patched in several areas. The pool room was too hot to sit in.

It LOOKED like it would be a decent hotel. Lots of lighting (although no modern plugs in the lights for charging, etc.). Somewhat roomy.

Flies throughout hotel and room (killed 6 plus). Mold/other nastiness in and around tub. Unclean washclothes. Dirty water fountain. No icemaker in hotel and no vending machine ("too many were breaking into it"). Lukewarm greeting. Hard bed/bad pillows.

The staff was great!

I particularly booked this hotel 60 miles out if my trip because the representative assured me there was a hot tub by the pool. The hotel hadn't had a hot tub for a few years! I was extremely disappointed with the misinformation.

location was good

staff were not welcoming and courteous. we called them on the day we booked to find out if any room was available. we were told that there are no rooms on that night. which was not true as we could see the room availability online.

More than half of the hotel staff I saw were not using face masks

The room was spacious and clean.

Firstly, the pullout sofa couch shouldn’t even be mentioned because you can’t sleep on it. It is old, too thin, and I would worry anything bigger than a toddler would fall through it.

They need to update the pullout couches they have been the same old ones we use every year for the last 7 years and they are getting tvery broken and trashy.

Great location! Very easy to find right on the main road. Very quiet and peaceful, both inside hotel and outside. Room had microwave and mini fridge, along with all the basics. Great night's sleep for weary travelers!

Could use better sundry items (lotions, shampoo/conditioner) and a shower cap would have been very helpful.

Staff was great from check-in to check-out and the room was great ....very clean and quiet just the way it should always be.

The hotel is older and in need of repair. The indoor pool is missing tiles. The bathroom tub has yellow stains. The biggest issue for me was the breakfast. They close at 9am (an hour early than other chains) and by 8:50 there was not much food to put.

Ease of access from highway. Hotel staff very nice.

Parking lot kinda small.

We booked a room at this hotel for visiting Copper Breaks State Park. Best Western Quanah Inn & Suites is an excellent location for this purpose. The staff is friendly. Check in and check out were easy. Room was very spacious. Overall a great experience.

The only thing we didn't like was the weird stain in the tub (room 218).

I had a handicap reservation. I did not like having it on the 2nd floor.

The overall experience was good, the friendly staff had a good sense of humor, which is good when dealing with a joker like me.

Location is excellent. Right in the middle of a thriving entertainment district.

The staff was wonderful, so helpful and friendly !
